The fuller derivation this dataset is chartered to grow into (not yet what the figures above are; they are each source's own published figure as read): one row per walker or service per city per walk length carrying the published rate, beside the marketplaces' own national figure and the BLS wage series for animal caretakers; the derivation is what neither a marketplace nor a single walker publishes: the median and spread of the published rate for a 20, 30 and 60 minute walk by city, the premium a marketplace's service fee adds to the walker's own rate, and how the published rate compares with the occupational wage the statistics agency measures for the same work
