Procedure Cost Checker is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

When you ask for written prices we collect the procedure, the area you would travel to, your timing and whatever you write in the notes, plus the contact details you give us. We deliberately do not ask for a diagnosis, symptoms, test results or insurance claim details, so we hold no medical record about you.

Legal basis and sharing

We pass what you send to providers who perform the procedure you named, so that they can reply to you with a price. We do not sell your details, we do not publish them, and we do not pass them to anyone who is not a provider able to answer your question.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: contact@procedurecostchecker.com. We respond within one month.
