What a mens health clinic charges in the United States, read off five clinics' own published monthly prices
Five US testosterone and mens health clinics publish a monthly price of their own, and the median of those figures is $105.50 a month. That is an unusual amount of daylight for a prescription medicine, and it exists because almost no plan pays for this treatment, so the clinics compete on a published number the way a gym does.

How to compare two published monthly prices before you book anything
- Ask what the monthly figure covers. Male Excel publishes a $99 monthly membership and prices the medication separately from $95. Hone Health publishes a $135 membership and injections from $28 on top. Defy Medical publishes one figure covering both. Those are three different products at similar headline numbers.
- Ask what the first month costs. Low T Center publishes a $25 first test and $135 for the second test with the first injection, against a typical running month of $105.50. The starting month and the steady month are different figures at most clinics here.
- Ask whether labs are in or out. Hone Health publishes a $65 hormone assessment as its own line. Defy Medical states lab work is inside its monthly average. A quote that does not say which cannot be compared with either.
- Ask what happens after the first year. Defy Medical is the only clinic in this record publishing a second-year figure, and it is lower: around $125 a month against under $175 for the first year. Nobody else read here publishes what year two costs.
- Take the price question to a prescriber, not to this page. This record says what clinics charge. Whether treatment is appropriate, which route, at what dose and with what monitoring are medical decisions, and no page on this site makes them or helps you make them.
What each clinic publishes
Low T Center publishes $25 for the first test, $135 for the second test with the first injection, and a typical running month of $105.50 for injections.
Male Excel publishes a $99 monthly medical membership, injectable testosterone from $95 a month billed every other month, and a $99 online medical consultation to start.
Hone Health publishes a $135 Plus plan and a $155 Premium plan, testosterone injections from $28 a month on top, and a $65 hormone assessment.
Defy Medical publishes an average of under $175 a month for the first year and around $125 after that, stating that medication, an aromatase inhibitor, lab work and consultations are all inside it.
Maximus publishes protocols starting at $99.99 a month with options reaching $399.
Why this trade publishes and most of this site's trades do not
Testosterone replacement is prescription-only medicine that almost no US plan pays for, so the buyer is paying cash from the first visit and the clinic knows it. That turns the monthly figure into the product, and a product with a public price is one a clinic will print.
Compare that with the rest of this record: one of four dental practices publishes its own whitening fee, one of three publishes a veneer fee, and the largest consumer hair-restoration brand in the country runs a page titled hair transplant cost that publishes no cost.
What this section does not do, and why the line is drawn hard here
It states no clinical claim about testosterone or about anybody's testosterone. There is no dose, no protocol, no injection technique, no schedule, no side-effect list, no discussion of what treatment does or how long it takes, and nothing about whether a reader has low testosterone or should treat it.
That is not caution for its own sake. This is prescription-only medicine, the venture's compliance pass carries a no-clinical-claims obligation, and the only version of that a gate can check is not writing the pages. The charter rule that admits these clinic and price searches still refuses every clinical one.
It does not say what a plan would pay. Whether TRT is typically self-pay is a fact about the price and stays; what any reader's insurer owes them is advice and has no page here.
Where this record could not read a page, it says so
Every figure above was fetched from the clinic's own page, matched word for word and dated. Where a clinic's page refuses our reader, that is recorded as a reading we do not have rather than as a finding that the clinic publishes nothing, because those are different facts and only one of them is about the clinic.
Questions patients ask before they book
- How much does a mens health clinic charge per month?
- The five US clinics in this record publish $99 to $175 a month for the membership or program, with a median of $105.50. Medication and labs are priced separately at three of the five and inside the monthly figure at one.
- Which clinic publishes the lowest monthly figure?
- Male Excel and Maximus both publish opening figures of about $99 a month, at $99 for the medical membership and $99.99 for the entry protocol. Low T Center publishes a typical running month of $105.50 for injections.
- Is the monthly price the whole cost?
- At three of the five clinics, no. Male Excel prices medication from $95 on top of its $99 membership, Hone Health prices injections from $28 on top of its $135 plan, and Low T Center prices the first test at $25 and the second visit at $135.
- Does this site say whether testosterone therapy is right for me?
- No, and it never will. This is a price record. It publishes what named clinics charge and the date each figure was read, and it makes no clinical claim, gives no dose and recommends no treatment to anybody.
